The last volume of the collected Iconoclast, and the one that records how it ended. Two dozen pieces reprint the Waco papers on the street duel of April 1898, Brann's death the next morning, the funeral, and the obituaries other editors wrote for him. The rest is Brann's own platform work, closing on Rainbow Chasers, the lecture he was touring with when he was shot.
